La loi "pouvoir d’achat" a été publiée au Journal Officiel du 17 août 2022. Elle prévoit notamment une mesure de déblocage exceptionnel de la participation et/ou de l’intéressement (sommes placées sur votre PEG avant le 01/01/2022 - le PERCOL n'est pas concerné).

Cette possibilité reste toutefois conditionnée à la publication d’une circulaire interministérielle, attendue prochainement, apportant des précisions sur les modalités d’application.
